I planned an 8-mile run, but got a late start. It was a bit too warm, and I worked out too much at the gym yesterday. I probably should have taken a day off to recover. I haven't been to the gym in months, so my muscles seem a bit tight. I had no energy on the run. I couldn't hold a pace, or cadence.
