I didn't stop the Garmin when I took water breaks--only when I took bathroom breaks. I probably ran a pace closer to 14+, rather than 15+. It's difficult to know how fast I'm running there. The track is not exactly .25 mile--It's a little longer. So, the time is off somewhat when I just look at the clock to figure it out. So I don't even try. I just run--or shuffle :)
