T 84; H 65; DP 64; W 8w: A very slow run / walk due to the heat of the day. I got out just too late. I almost talked myself out of it, until I remember that this was the Iron Cowboy's last IM, in Utah today. If he could do what he did, I could do my f***king 12 miles without complaining.
