5 1200s with a 4:00 jog in between. The times jaros gave were... ridiculous to say the least. everyone from brad to doyle were laughing at them. top group was supposed to be at 3:21 which is like a 4:25 mile pace i believe. The last group was supposed to be a 3:52.. im pretty sure i was slower than that in my mile time trial and im way ahead of the last group which is like 6:00 milers. i dont know what jaros is thinkin.. maybe he put thousand times down by accident? or just expects us to do the impossible? putting ridiculous times on a paper doesnt really help anyone in any way.
So we just went on effort and these were tough. Pretty big gap between jack jamie delong davis and then me paul baur. The first two were okay, but on the third and fourth i started way too slow and was not able to pick it up again.. my legs were so tired. awful weather it was pouring rain. The last one i picked it was up and stupid baur who i beat by like 20 seconds on the first four decides he wants to try and then beats me. i hate that shit, nothing personal.
doyle's growing on me. doesnt seem like too bad of a dude. my groin hurts. Im icing it now.
