Nice little workout tonite with the prince...We added 5 minutes jumping the rope, well, trying to anyway...Not sure how many reps really, we're not real good, but better the last night when we first tried...26 squats 30 crunches 1 plank and wall sit with 5 minutes for rope jumping...
