The foot was feeling much better and I had the itch so I doubled it up. For some reason the pace always seems easier with the 2nd run and I haven’t figured out why that is. A later start this afternoon and it was dark before this was over. More fun with commuters and running in the street but the cold weather makes me want to run in the middle of the road. This felt really easy from beginning to end and I fought the urge to really push. I’ve been wearing an Under Armor dri fit ski mask thing and that keeps my face very warm and overall may have overdressed despite the 15 degree temps but no wind to speak of. Zeppelin and Steel Pulse made for a good shuffle. Glad to get this in.
