Notes

I have learned that I can row and bike but the elliptical machine is where I have the fewest issues. I've done that 3 days in row and after starting off cautiously I seem to have no issues at all with this and have subsequently increase the level of effort. I'm been trying to include many of the old exercises I did with Jared in 2013 which increased my core workout to be almost 50 min. I am also going to track my stretching as well to see if that helps the various issues. Need to use the stick ad roll as well. The good news is that this little routine is keeping me occupied so I don't need to learn a new language or find a new hobby. Maybe some Shaun T?
