With all the focus on SPM I seem to come out of the gate a little quicker than my normal slow amble when I'm running more. This was generally easy for the first 4 or so then my right leg started to give me some problems with turnover. I can definitely feel my form break down toward the end of a run but this is getting easier and I'm making progress. My next 5 miler will be 9+ pace or slower.
