Notes

After a solid stretch of good workouts over the last two weeks (without a true recovery day in quite a while), I decided to take today's workout nice and easy while still getting myself moving. I did the first 30ish mins of a Lululemon "yoga for runners" video, and then added on a few pilates and hip exercises from fitnessblender. None of this was very hard, but I got some good stretches in and it felt good to move a bit. Solid recovery day, hopefully leading into a good week of working hard again.
