Last kinda long run before bayshore. I tried to use my marathin plan. the first 3 miles were 9:40 average then slowly speed up so that by mile 6 I was averageing 9:20 and then finaly the last 2 a little faster and brought the average down to 9:10s. If I can do this next week I should be ok.
