Notes

2x2 mile with 5 minute rest with 1/2 mile of that a jog. Jogged the half mile in 4:01 (8:02 pace).

Did the workout in Highland Park around a loop that was slightly longer than a mile. The loop was hilly and several spots covered with a thin sheet of ice. In particular, about a 100m stretch on an uphill didn't allow me to go any faster than 630-645.

Ran this in the dark (couldn't see my garmin) and uneven terrain, so it had to be done on feel. Splits were nearly right on top of each other, feel good about that.

Quads were aching again after the workout, also need to pay attention to right achilles and right ankle. Something was triggered from the 20 miler on Saturday.
