Pace started to quicken too early for me to hang. the 79 second 400 had me drop off. Took the 100m jog rest + 30 sec standing and jumped in with Steel to finish up 2 more 400s.

Could have handled 81-82 for 16-20, but once we started running 77-80, decided to bail early to be careful with the legs.

Still only 3 weeks removed from marathon
