Workout - 3x(400,800,400) with Rests 90 seconds in each set, and jog a recovery lap in between sets.

Goal Paces - 74-76 on 400s, 242-244 on 800s.

Workout Summary - Weather was cooperating today (upper 60s) and felt good to let a few intervals fly. Definitely went into a couple of the 800s too hard (75 on the 400 for the 2:36 and 77 for the 400 on the 238). Workout didn't beat me up too bad and feel good for the mile. The jog rest was done in lane 5 of the track approximate 845 pace.
