Workout was supposed to be:
4 miles: 7:05-1:10
4 miles: 6:55-7:00
4 miles: 6:45-6:50
1 mile : Mini CD 7:15-7:20
Ran into Justin from the group 7 miles in and he did the last 6 miles with me. 6:45s felt easy at the end so opened it up a little bit for the last 2 miles.
