Notes
Sleep: 10 hours. Had to drive my sister to central so I figured I might as well run while I was at it. Headed out on McDowell planning on doing an easy run, but decided to make it kinda long, while still going easy. Ran 5 miles at around a little below 8 minute pace, and felt kinda crappy. Decided to try and open up slightly so I ran 2 miles at ~7:30 and planned on keeping that up for the rest of the run. Hit a 7:13 with the same effort and made the decision to push it. Hit a comfortable 6:48 for mile 9 and then cruised through the 10th mile in 6:02. Felt difficult, but not horrible, especially considering the last mile was faster than my last mile at the GLOW 5k. Very solid day today, legs opened up very well and I learned I still have decent aerobic fitness. Really nice weather as well.
