4:54.96 1600m at the shitty MSU meet. Felt dead on drills and strides so I knew this was gonna be a struggle. Got out on a 69, 800 in 2:22, 1200 in 3:40 and closing in a 75. Behind JT through 800 then when shit got real, as it does on lap 3 of the mile, I just wasn't in it mentally and cruised it in. Not in race mentality today, meet was shit, and I'm very focused on Gina, not this. Not worried about this.
