Sleep: 9 hours. Skipped the morning long run for sleep purposes and planned on going solo in the evening. Started on Leslie golf course and my shin was bothering me so I just headed back. Not so bad that I couldn't push through, but this late in the year the priority is on making sure I'm healthy rather than forcing a long run. Disappointing, but the right decision.
