1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 (1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, tempo and back down) with equal rest (except for accidentally taking 3 minutes after the first 2 minute effort due to not paying attention, and stopping at a light after the first 3 minute effort during which I paused my watch). Basically an easier, more aerobic version of a workout we did on January 4th (equal instead of 90 rest). Very good workout, legs responded very well and it felt easy aerobically. Not too difficult at all, which is good since it shouldn't have been too hard with that much rest. GPS pace is very unreliable for splits that short, but overall I can tell I ran the workout pretty well. Got going fairly fast even on the slightly rolling Whalon Lake route. Glad I forgot what the rest was supposed to be because 90 rest wouldn't have been the smartest thing to do at this point in the year.
