Sleep: 8 hours. Easy Greene Valley run after getting home from Michigan. Legs felt fairly trashed from the craziness of friday and saturday, so I kept it pretty easy. Really need to stretch and roll tonight, haven't been on top of that this summer. I will actually tentatively plan out my runs this week too, which should prevent stacking mileage at the beginning or end of the week as I have been doing. I also need to buy new shoes.
