Notes

started probably too far back but didn't want to get caught up in the down hill speed. lost 15 seconds to get to start and then walk surge until the tracks.

Planned on about the same pace as yesterday so I was looking fot 7:40-8 min. then staying somewhat consistant for then next three miles...work the fourth mile hill and pick it up for the last 1.2 with hopefully a strong kick at the end...goal 85-90% with a time of about 50 mins.

Felt really good the whole way, hills were no problem and a great finish...passed people consistantly the whole way and about 20 in the last .2..

ran back and caught up with Amanda and ran the last mile with her...finsihed that with a good kick too.
