ran on east side scuffle course sort of.
hard starting as I was out of breath but only 125-135 HR.....didn't match how I felt.
Started doing intervals and that felt much better, heart rate went up into the zone it should be in and the speed felt good...walked the recoveries.
garmen read 3.52 with many gaps, nano read 4.52
