decided to run road today and push the pace a little. felt pretty good from yesterday only slightly lame overall.
I felt comfortably hard as far as the workout goes and never pushed over the edge. Funny though evertime I checked my heart rate it was 136-147, in the end I had spikes every mile except 3 and 6 ......very odd as this doesnt' usually happen. I felt no different running and didn't feel like I was having spikes or anything out of the ordinary. ran 1 mile cooldown after
