Pushed pretty hard on pit loop. felt pretty good antil about 1.5 mile then I felt tired and very winded. Biggest problem was cardio. I came close to stopping a few times one on the trail hill and again around 2.5 miles. There were hunters target practicing in the pit thet bothered me.
1st 8:11 163-208 93% spike was in the first two tenths....
2nd 9:00 164-168 96%
3rd 8:12 165-170 96% (98% kick)
kick @ 6:43 .....very winded at end and the kick was just so/so
My right side bothered me a bit on this run ....could feel at the incision
Garmen read 2.9 but I started it late and the nike read very short 2.6 ....think I need to recalibrate
