plan was to start slow (settle into about 9:30 pace for the race average)
felt pretty good the whole way but wished I was running faster splits went in hoping to at least beat 1 hour but really wanted to be 55-58 mins could have pushed harder in miles 5 and 6 but at least there were no hamstring or knee issues.
