6x800m workout on the golf course. We started in the field by the bottom of hole 8 and went up 7 and halfway down hole 8. This was one of the worst workouts of the year for me as I felt both mentally and physically tired. I felt horrible going up the hill and was able to get moving more once I got to the top, but my splits weren't what I wanted them to be. However, it could have been worse and it wasn't that bad considering how horrible I was feeling.
