Notes

Saint Francis workout with Mills on the track. I started out with a decent mile and sorta fell off during the 1200 due to a side stitch. The 800 and 400 were decent as well and I was able to get back on pace. Overall it was an ok workout with the tempo portions after each interval. Gordon didnt seem to think the intervals were fast enough but oh well. I thought it was a good workout for me considering the fact that I ran it alone and I'm making progress every week. I just wish we could get some more intervals during workouts that would better prepare me for the 10k.
