7x800m on the track with 400m recovery. Coach wanted us to go out fast for some odd reason but my body wasnt feeling it today. I was able to work through 7 which were all in 2:30 or less. I really started to fall off towards the end but I was feeling sick all day as well as the night before so I cant be too disappointed. Overall it was a pretty dumb workout but what are ya gonna do bud?
