3x800m on the track. I dont know why gordon wanted me on the track but I was able to work through it. He wanted each interval around 2:20 pace, but that was a little ridiculous since it was my first workout in over a month. Overall my legs felt WAY better than before but I could tell that there is some work to do in the next couple of weeks.
