7 on the trail. I worked in some pickups after a 20 minute warmup. Tried to do a short ladder of 30s, 60s, 90s, with 2 mins rest after each. These were a lot tougher than I thought they would be, so I only ran two sets and then added on two more 30s pick ups. Legs were sore most of the way so that may have contributed to it but this was a huge wake up call to how out of shape I am.
