Old 53

Notes

Run on old 53 with a bunch of the guys. The idea was to pick up the pace to tempo after 20 minutes and then finish the rest of the run easy. I felt like absolute shit for the first 10 minutes of the tempo but somehow managed to start feeling better towards the second half. Once we were done we finished the rest of the run and then went through graveyard before heading back to stokes for lifting. After lifting my legs feel like complete shit and I'm not looking forward to the run tomorrow morning.
