Golf Course

Notes

We ran a fartlek on the golf course for the first team workout. We ran 6 minutes hard with 4 recovery, 4 minutes hard with 4 recovery, and 2 minutes hard with 4 recovery. We repeated this a second time for a total of 24 quality minutes hard and a total of around 7 miles. Tim took it out hard for the first set and we ran a pretty solid pace throughout the whole workout. My legs started to get a little fatigued in the second set but I was able to finish pretty strong. Overall a pretty good workout but hopefully in the future we can get into a better rhythm from the beginning.
