Ran two miles warm-up, four miles of .15 fast, with .35 jogging rest and then a mile cool-down. I had a hard time moving early on, and started around 5:30ish pace and slowly worked down to just under 5:00 pace, which felt much better by the end. This wasn't really a workout, just some more structured strides.
My hamstrings are really. really tight today, most likely due to practice yesterday. I was timing my kids during their intervals, and since it was freaking cold, I'd hide in the car and then come out and old man shuffle so I could give them their 1/2 mile splits and mile times. When I was getting my old man shuffle on, my hamstrings were flexed almost the whole time, which resulted in the tightness.
