Katrina gave me a blanket last night and I slept like a frickin' baby. Last day at Manitou, but I'll be happy to get back to classes and get into a good weekly routine. Thinking about asking Mugan for help with a strength program. Back and shoulders didn't hurt that badly, if at all, but my butt bones feel bruised. No pain on the run and I did Mugan's dynamic warmup again (huh, I see a pattern). An alumni at Manitou said something about the importance of racing today and how important it is to be calm. I thought that was cool, because I used to try to get super hyped about it when I was in high school. Heartrate was 40bpm this morning when I woke up, so that seems to be pretty swell.
Starting to use a weekly (possibly daily) listing thing to help myself stay organized.
