Notes
Beth we still need to let the body recover just a bit. Today some very light efforts to flush out the legs, but overall just a steady run.
8 miles as follows:
2 miles very gradual warm up, going by feel
4 miles inserting a 1 minute stride out every 1/2 mile...just a light stride for turnover
2 miles continue a comfortable pace
First 2 miles I was still tired and took it easy. Once I got moving, it was OK.
