Notes

Ran 3 for a warmup, then 400 m hills x3, run up and jog down, then 1.5 miles for a cooldown. Feeling pretty tired. A slight sore spot just behind middle toe of left foot. Down another 1.5 lbs, so this HAS to be water. Took an Endurolyte when I got back, having some salty food today so will see what we show tomorrow.
