Notes

No watch today. Left IT started to hurt around 4, by 4.3 I had to stop briefly and stretch. I planned to do 6 today but cut it short as the IT was not going to last me that long. Other than that, feeling OK, just taking it easy. Am sure it's slow, slow, slow, but don't care right now.
