6 to 8.5, goal 7.5 miles. 11:56 to 10:24, goal 10:57.

Miles 1, 2, 7 and 8 mostly snow covered. Mile 6 up MC hill. Times were very close to goal on the few miles that were mostly clear and not uphill. Good enough for what it was.

*** Actually did this on Saturday, due to snowy conditions. Swapping w/Saturday's out and back run.
