Workout was 8 miles w/5x600 meters @5K pace, which should be about 2:47, using the McMillan calculator to figure a 5K pace. First one 2:56, second one 2:56, third one watch did not start, fourth one 2:46, last one 2:39. Did not feel as if I was going to die, but then again, I shouldn't have, right? Walked about a minute, then turned around and slowly jogged to starting point for next one. Averaging the 4 where I had a time, looks like I was pretty close, averaging like 2:49?
