Notes

7 to 10 miles, goal 9. 11:52 to 10:21, goal 10:53.

Planned to do 9, did not even feel sure I would finish it, as I was tired from work and it's very windy and low 20s outside. Drank some coffee and set out, being sure to take it easy. First few miles were not that great. I started to feel good around 3-4 miles and this lasted till about 8-1/2 or so. The 9th mile was a bit of a struggle, and the last mile I was really really ready to be done.

Now off to have a hot bath and perchance a Woodchuck cider once I warm up....
