80/69. Nice and easy felt great. Then strength A, light on side-planks. Slept badly, woke up early, and ate before running 90+ min. after waking up. In spite of, or somehow even because of, the heat and humidity, running felt great the entire time. I felt loose and actually managed to focus on recovery, loosening up, and gathering strength the entire time. I wish every recovery day felt like this!
