Crappy tempo run attempt: 2 miles at 6:32/mi. pace, 4 min. walk, then 1 mile again at 6:32/mi. Felt totally out of shape, but actually intended to run 3 x 2 miles at 6:20/mi. I'll try again in a couple days. This was my first and probably only time using the workout function on my new Garmin.
