Notes
6 x 1/2 mile (with 1/4 mile jog recoveries) by my watch on the short track in very blustery weather. Basically Yassos. I guess it's fine to use this track even though it's short, because it's not crowded, has bathrooms (but no TP), and I'm used to using my watch anyway.
