Dew point 68, which felt much better, in spite of the fact that I got only 5 hours of sleep. I took it very easy to make sure I got through the entire run, unlike last week. In addition to running slowly, I drank plenty of water, stopping at every fountain, took 3 saltsticks and 3 gels, including (for the first time) one with 20mg of caffeine. Besides that, my only break was at 17 miles, when I sat down for a just few minutes while eating a gel. I felt good the whole way, though my back was tight in the usual way since before halfway. I managed a negative split and maintained the slightly faster pace of the second half until the end. My pace at halfway was 8:00.
