5 x mile, .25 recovery - aim for 6:20-6:30 pace

All of these were a little quicker than originally targeted, but the rests were a little longer as well. This was a good run - left ankle was a little twangy, but it felt good once I got moving. 6:12 average, which feels around right for 8K, but definitely quick for 10K pace. That said, despite the long rests, this is useful for speed (I think?)
These are somewhat unfocused, which is a bit of a hitch in the plan. Counterpoint - I don't mind the unfocused nature and would rebel a bit at something more focused and hard.
