Done and dusted - warm for this run, but otherwise pretty solid. I was really sluggish at the start, but felt okay once I was grooving. The second repeat was tough; it's slightly uphill and into the wind and the heat ramped up faster than I expected. The quarter mile walk after repeat two was nice. Full jog on the recovery in the middle though, so I should keep that consistent.
