Huh, I'm in a good spot. All five were sub 6:05, the last three were all sub 6 (!!). I did end up going with 2:30 walking recovery for heat and humidity, which was probably a bit much. That said, I'd like to err on the side of longer recovery for now. (Also, by my rough calculation, I'm at around VDOT 55, which means my T pace is 6:20, I is 5:50, R 5:25. That means these probably should have been a bit faster for I pace. Counter-counterpoint - 3% more than 5:50 is about 6 (ish) and that's about right for heat/humidity translation. This is a very long way to say I'm feeling a bit more tired than I'd really like right now, but this was a good workout.)

Compare to February 9th, 2022 - I need to work on the recoveries more, but the speed is here. Now I need a bit more base and mileage to feel really good. Unfortunately, that's... kind of the hard part right now.
