An ok set of strides. Felt a dull "ache" at the top of my right hamstring (right where the hamstring meets the glute) during the initial acceleration on the strides, which lessened or disappeared as I reached full speed. Plus the track was a little slippery from last night's rain so the strides were tentative until I got up to full speed at which point turnover was pretty normal. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the workout. No hamstring or glute pain in the 2 hours since the workout, I don't think it's anything serious, but I'll do the standard treatment, rest it and monitor it before the next workout on Tuesday.
