3 mile wu/2.5cd, 9 miles @ MP (5:59,5:59,6:00,5:59,5:59,6:05,6:02,6:04,5:57). Leg felt like shit. By the end I was starting to get drained from the fatigued legs. Felt really good otherwise. Very humid. Stepped on a magnolia cone and Turned my ankle over on the first mile. Thought it was gonna be bad. Stayed with it and still ran in pace for the first mile. Still a little tired from Monday's race I think.
