Ran with Tim, Patrick, Lanni, and Josh M. (They where doing mile repeats) My workout: 20 minutes at 5:28 pace (5900 meters), 400 m rec, then 3x1000m (3:15,3:16,3:15), 400 meter rec in between each. Felt pretty good. Went faster than prescribed. Should have not drank beer last night.
