Good lazy day, megan still at her mums. Did alittle clean up, let milo sit inside for a while, watched starship troopers, the cricket, had a nap, did some washing and went for a run not a bad time, pretty tired toward the end but it was into the wind all the way, 14:45 at half way so pretty slow really coming back. off for a drink with the boys at penshurst, megan home lunchtime tomorrow. as i type this milo is licking my legs which is realy distubing. :-)
